Twin Screw Extruder, Thermo Scientific Process 11

Features: Thermo Scientific Process 11 Twin Screw Extruder is a machine for melt compounding of polymer chips with other materials/ fillers to produce small batches or performing a continuous production. It works with parallel co-rotating screw. The Screw diameter is 11mm with L/D ratio of 40. Performance: Number of barrel heating zones (7 internal+ 1 external for die), Die diameter: 2 mm, Temperature range: up to 450⁰C, Screw Speed: 10-1000 r.p.m.

Applications: The application of the LTE-S(M) includes  melt compounding of any commercial polymer chips with solid filler/nanoparticles as well as with liquid materials.
