2nd SMITA Research Symposium

The series of SMITA Research Symposium aims to provide the forum to researchers for sharing their innovative research work on various facets of smart polymers, fibers and textile materials. The second SMITA Research Symposium was held on 18th May, 2012 in the Department of Textile Technology, IIT Delhi. Eight technical papers were presented during the session.
Ms. Kamlesh, Ms. Ratyakshi Nain and Ms. Kiran Yadav were awarded the best research paper awards for their research work.
On this occasion Mr. Prasanta K. Panda (Ph.D. student) was also awarded with the 'certificate of excellence for punctuality in the professional activities'.
